Oh Baby Kit Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How orders are made
Each Oh Baby Kit is hand-packed after the order is placed. We do not keep finished kits on a shelf. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping methods and rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00 and typically arrives in 3-5 business days. Express U.S. shipping is $15.00 and typically arrives in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100.00 or more. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's performance. Typical delivery after shipment is 3-7 business days, but delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your kit ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, email ohbabykit@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before shipment.

Shipping delays
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, supply availability, and high order volume may affect shipping times. If we expect a meaningful delay before your order ships, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's care. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email ohbabykit@gmail.com and we will help review tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.

Local pickup and delivery
Local pickup and local delivery are not available unless specifically offered at checkout.
