These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ohbabykit.com and any order you place with Oh Baby Kit. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Oh Baby Kit is a small independent business based in Kentucky, United States. You can reach us at ohbabykit@gmail.com.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products
Oh Baby Kit sells made-to-order baby backup kits designed for adults purchasing for families, grandparents, sitters, second homes, and similar situations.

Each kit is hand-packed after purchase. Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, but exact diaper brands, bodysuit shades, packaging accents, and similar details may vary based on availability while keeping the product's purpose and value consistent.

Inventory and availability
Because kits are made to order, product availability may change. We may limit, pause, or cancel orders if supplies are unavailable, if an order cannot be fulfilled safely, or if there is an obvious product or pricing error.

Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, shipping rates, and product details may change at any time before an order is placed. We may correct typographical errors or obvious mistakes.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order as permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, unavailable supplies, payment issues, or incorrect information.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the product, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Customer information
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

Intellectual property
All site content, including logos, photos, copy, product names, and design, belongs to Oh Baby Kit or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or republish our content without written permission.

User conduct
